Here we are in 2021! What a hell of a ride to get here. There is no doubt that
2020 will go down in history with everyone for a huge variety of reasons – both personal and those that affected all of us. The worst part is that it is not completely over. A thing that amazes me is the places I go to where we should sign in electronically and people walk past me with no intention of signing in. Our “Team of Five Million” is doing pretty good, but, as in a game of Rugby, you cannot take your eye off the ball!! Even at the Club for each training or
any other time you are onsite – SIGN IN! – for your protection, the Community protection and the protection of our Team of Five Million.
Saturday was a cracker day for being at the Beach, Surfing, playing Cricket or Softball – or indeed Pre-Season Rugby turnouts. The Axemen graced us with their presence at Lyndhurst and were met with about 80 or so Tawa Boys in various Tawa jerseys ready to rumble.
A couple of people deserve a mention here.
Great to see Pepesana at the hitout – giving back and supporting the Boys is awesome.
