It has been a while since I sat down and wrote one of these reports. There has been more Rugby go under the bridge than water! Our game is, and has been for quite some time, a twelve month effort.

Our Tawa Club had a great season and we have got most of our Coaches and Managers set for next season. More to follow on that. There is even discussion on a possible "Away" trip prior to next season getting under way.

This morning started with a convincing win over Scotland. It is a truly great player that can give away a try and be named Player of the Day. Dan just seems to be able to vary his play and adjust to any situation, play or whatever is put in front of him. I noted that he has now played 93 Tests. On to Italy.

Seems that "Dingo" had a rude awakening in France and the Pumas had a good win on their Tour. I believe the Pumas are a side to be watched over the next 2 or 3 seasons. Once they find their straps, they will be a formidable opponent. They are well on their way. A tight win by the South Africans as well.

Onward and upward - not long until pre-season!
